I don't usually review fresh fruit/veg because quality is inevitably inconsistent BUT I've bought several bags over some months and they have been faultless. Best potatoes ever.
Serving suggestion for 4 people

Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized pieces. Place in a pan with just enough water to cover and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pan.

Place double cream, butter, spring oinions and pepper into another pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes then remove from the heat.

Pour the creamy mixture into the pan with the potatoes. Add a pinch of salt and mash to desired consistency. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
