Delicious
I steamed these potatoes and made them into a potato salad. They were lovely waxy potatoes that held their shape. Will defintely order again.
Perfect for steaming or boiling
These have a firm waxy texture combined with a good flavour, and are perfect for steaming or boiling for salads. Also great stand-ins when out of a new potatoes to have with lamb or salmon. The paper bag is a plus.

Classic American Potato Salad
Serving suggestion for 5 people
Ingredients
- 750g Harry & Percy’s salad potatoes
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Method

Place in a pan with just enough water to cover, and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer until tender. If the potatoes are larger, cut them in half before boiling. Once tender, drain and leave to cool.

Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and toss with mayonnaise, chives and paprika.
